RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Luere Beauty, we maintain high standards for our skincare and beauty products. Due to the nature of our items and to ensure hygiene and safety, we adhere to a strict return and refund window.

  1. RETURN WINDOW (2 DAYS)
    You have 2 days (48 hours) from the moment your package is marked as “Delivered” to initiate a return or report an issue.

To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original factory-sealed packaging.

After 2 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a return or exchange.

  1. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
    Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Take a photo of the item and the packaging.

Email Info@luerebeauty.co within the 2-day window.

We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

  1. HOW TO START A RETURN

Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your package.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

  1. REFUND PROCESS
    Once your return is received and inspected:

Timeline: If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 Business days.

Late Refunds: If 7 business days have passed and you have not seen the credit, please check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times can vary.
